SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY – ArtByPooja

🚚 PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • We ship across India via trusted courier partners.

Shipping Charges:

  • ₹70 for all prepaid orders

  • ₹40 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

📦 DELIVERY

  • Standard delivery time: 7–10 working days after dispatch.

  • Tracking details will be shared via Email & WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

Please ensure your address, pincode, and contact number are accurate for smooth delivery.

In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed. However, delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

💳 PAYMENTS

  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking & COD.

  • COD is available on eligible pincodes.

Important:

  • Paid orders are non-refundable.

  • Store credit may be issued in valid cases.

  • Store credit is valid for 3 months.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

    • Product is damaged

    • Product received is incorrect

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused & in original packaging

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • Share clear images of the product

  • Refunds are only processed in valid cases (damage/incorrect item).
